 Salmon red curry





Ingredients

1 package Thailand Red curry soup

a few salmon (skin removed)

1 tablespoon of sour cream or half cup coconut milk

 

Direction

1. Cut the salmon into cubes, season with salt & pepper

2. Sear the salmon on both sides in a medium size pan

3. Once the salmon are brown on the outside, add the pack of red curry soup

4. Simmer in medium heat for 3 minutes, do not overcook the salmon

5. Turn off the heat and add a table spoon of sour cream

6. Serve with rice
