Summer time means Holiday time to most people, people will either spend more time to enjoy the summer like going to the beach or to go abroad like Thailand.
Talking about Thailand, Thai food one of the elements that make Thai becomes a popular place.
Below recipe- Stir-fired minced pork with tomato and Thai basil is a simply but tasty Thai dish you could enjoy without traveling to Thai.

Ingredients:
300g Ground pork
50g Thai basil
10 Cherry tomatoes
2 Red bird chilies, chopped
1 Egg
1 Lemongrass, finely chopped
3 Shallots, finely chopped
6 cloves Garlic, minced
2 Lime leaves, finely chopped
1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Sugar
Direction
- Remove the basil leaves. Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves.
- In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Sauté the garlic, shallot and chili until fragrant.
- Add the lime leaves and the ground pork. Cook the pork until golden brown.
- Add the Chinese cooking wine, fish sauce, lemongrass, lemon juice, sugar and toss well.
- Add the tomato, Thai basil and transfer to the plate.
- In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat and cook the egg with sunny side up.
- Place the egg over the pork and ready to serve.
