Black tea Coconut Nut Water Chestnut Pudding
Black tea is a type of tea that is more oxidized than oolong, green and white teas. Black ten can be preventing heart disease, stroke and cancer, and lowering cholesterol.
Ingredients:
* 1 box of water chestnut powder
* 200g tea leaves
* 1 bowl of coconut milk
* 200g rock sugar
1. Add 200mL cold water to the box of water chestnut powder. Mix until a batter is formed. Pour into two separate bowls.
2. Soak the black tea leaves with hot water, make around 150mL of black tea.
3. Now add the water chestnut powder to the tea, stir constantly while adding.
4. In a bowl, add the coconut milk, then add the water chestnut mixture. Keep stirring.
5. Pour the mixture of black tea and water chestnut powder into bowls, steam over water on high heat for 3 minutes. Then add the mixture of coconut milk and water chestnut powder.
