Mussels with Creamy White Sauce
Most people love seafood, not only because it’s tasty but with many goodness which our body needs. However not everyone can turn seafood into a yummy meal, so we have select an easy recipes for anyone who loves seafood as much as we do.
Ingredients:
Cooked mussel 12
Evaporated milk 150 mL
White wine 30 mL
Garlic, minced 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Cheese 1 slice
Appropriate amount chopped parsley
1. In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant.
2. Add mussels, white wine, evaporated milk and cheese.
3. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with parsley.
5. Ready to serve.
