Habitat 67 is a model community and housing complex in Montreal, Canada. Habitat comprises 354 identical, prefabricated concrete forma arranged in various combination reaching up to 12 stores in height. It originally contained 158 apartments but then several apartments have since been joined to formed larger units. And each unit is connected to at least one private terrace.

Urban Cactus includes 98 residences in 19 layers in an efficient round tower. Within the 19 layers, 4 types of residences are included from 65-110 square meters (2 types of floors with 4 apartments and 2more types of floor each with 6 apartments).
